Are you eating to please your mouth? Or are you eating to give your body what it needs? Eventually you get to a point on your fitness journey when you realize that eating solely to please your taste buds is a huge disservice to your body. And that will start to matter to you. It isn’t hard to find recipes for delicious and HEALTHY food. And once you put your body first with food you like, eventually that’s all you crave. For me, anyway. When I know my body will love it and I will perform better, then the food tastes better to me.
