Bright, Shiny New Year!

Helloooo 2017! I am looking FORWARD to you! You are going to facilitate some awesome things in my life in the next 361 days.

Let’s not call this my New Year’s Resolution post because my resolve is ongoing. I don’t save it for once a year. My targets are moving targets and they change when it’s time to level up or when my interests and aims evolve.

The new year HAS however brought me new inspirations of what to aim for, so I am currently focusing the cross hairs on my sight and about to pull the trigger on these specific targets:

AREA GOAL STEPS KPIs (Key Performance Indicators– How you know you achieved the goal)
Evolution 1-Explore more neuroscience, biohacking, and quantum biology;

2-Support Bilyay Vakfı and INK

1-Read more books, links, watch online vids on the topic, implement a daily biohacking routine;

2-Help Tulin with videos and translations

1-Will have identified at least five new thought leaders on the topic and will have read their seminal works, will have established a disciplined daily biohacking routine;

2-Will have produced at least 5 videos with Tulin and started their needed translations

Service 1- Find local outlets for my outreach;

2- Find alternative outreach options to help Nepal

1- Dig my heels in with Ahtapot Gonulluleri (Octopus Volunteers), my funloving, hardworking outreach group;

2-Get my motor friends to do an enduro trip to Nepal with a fundraising aspect

1-Will have helped AG successfully with all their initiatives in 2017 that I feel connected to;

2-Will have led a successful trip to Upper Mustang in April and provided Panchakanya with new funding

Fitness 1-strength training

2-yoga

I want to do handstands and all kinds of @mma_yogi @kungfunerd stuff

1-start crossfit training

2-turn my upstairs into a yoga studio & fitness area

1-Will be able to do handstands and advanced balancing

2-Will be able to work out as much as I want, when I want, in the style that I want in my own studio

Nutrition Hone my keto and benchmark progress more diligently. Meal planning and prep. Diligent recording of intake and calorie expenditure through fitness.  Will get body fat down to 16%
Motorsports 1-improve my roadcraft, start testing with OMM; 2-more enduro training, find an offroad bike 1-Read roadcraft book, get instruction from an advanced teacher, test in spring; 2-Fulya is on the case.  1-Will have successfully completed at least the first OMM level testing

2-Will have secured an offroad motorcycle
